We’re so excited to share with you Hannah & Ryan’s beautiful wedding, and here to settle the age-old debate between garlands and centerpieces – you can have both! We featured our all-time favourite; quicksand roses, peonies, and lilacs, for an early summer wedding flower palette. This combination of blooms was incorporated throughout the bouquets, centerpieces, and garlands as a stunning display of flower varieties and guest table styles, while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the whole wedding.

Personals and Photoshoot
Our lovely couple, Hannah & Ryan, got married at the wonderful Second Floor Events in Downtown Toronto on King West! Our couple also snuck away to the U of T campus for their reveal and photoshoot. If you didn’t know, we deliver personals (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages etc.) directly to your place of getting ready or photoshoot location. We love creating contemporary bouquets, styled organically with movement, and love seeing them included in your photoshoots!

Tucked away in the busy downtown core, awaited the perfect Ceremony and Reception venue, geared specifically towards weddings and events. Given the layout, a ceremony to reception flip is performed during cocktail hour to set up the guest tables. A mix of both round and long reception tables were used here. This is an ideal solution if you’re not sure what to choose and your guest number calls for a more intricate layout.

Round Guest-Table Design
Let’s talk about round tables. Our gorgeous signature centerpieces sit flush on the tables and are designed specifically for you and your guests to take home, however, you can always upgrade to vase rentals for an extra pop of color. Alternatively, tall centerpieces are also a great option to fill the room with extra height, especially in older venues with taller ceilings. Bud vases, on the other hand, are a more minimal approach and very much popular this season, along with heavy candle placements.

Harvest Guest-Table Design
Long tables have more wiggle room; these harvest tables can be decorated either in centerpieces, bud vases or garlands. A row of centerpieces, bud vases, or a customizable garland with scattered candles will make the perfect table-scape for any wedding or dinner party. It’s worth mentioning that garlands are a bit more customizable. You can choose from an elegant mix of foliage (perfect for seasonal, winter weddings especially), or our personal favourite, thicker garlands heavy with blooms. A pro tip – make sure your head table or sweetheart table is heavy with blooms to stand out from the rest, as this is where most of your reception photos will be taken!

Thank you once again to our wonderful couple, Hannah and Ryan, for having us on their special day.
